can someone in the council please do something to help this beautiful but very stressed dog that is tethered to the entrance of the carpark opposite Eastgate. The poor dog is barking non stop. I assume it belongs to one of the men who are constantly harassing people for money at the intersection of linwood and Buckley. This poor dog is really stressed and im scared its going to get hit by a car going into the carpark. Also people are scared to walk past it so are walking on the road/bus lane.
