The reporter’s words

I advised in July 2025 and nudged in August that a Taupata and succulents were growing on the bend at 2 Kinsey Terrace. This is a section currently owned by CCC because of the 2011 earthquake. On the downward corner one has to travel well over the centre line to avoid scratching or running into the foliage! There is a stone wall at this corner but this foliage hangs out some distance over and above this wall. Could this foliage be trimmed back for road safety.
