Tree on neighbours property has what appears to be multiple large branches that have broken and are caught up/ still partially attached in the rest of the tree. Tree is right on the fence line, so concerned about if/ when the branches fall, that the fence will be collateral damage; particularly concerned given the abusive manner of the neighbour.
