The reporter’s words
These vehicles are parked on the street restricting the flow of traffic on the street. The trailer has been parked in the same place for more than a year. The van was parked on the opposite side of the road for a number of weeks and has only been moved when it was notified by the council so the owners moved it to the other side of the street taking the Mickey out of the regulations. It is a menace and means other users have to weave their way through them to move down the street.
