The reporter’s words
The hand basin had obviously been stuffed with toilet paper and the tap run to flood the floor. The floor is not graded towards the door but pools around the toilet about 30-40mm deep. There is no floorwaste drain in the floor so as a wet room it needs to be sloping towards the door which it clearly isnt. This will only get muddier/worse nearing winter.
