there has been a second bus stop right beside the 1st bus stop at this location for a month. A white car parks there all the time. does not seem to actually be used as bus stop. but stops workers from parking there. wondering what's going on. Fulton hogan cones. In past one of the residence has put cones out themselves. so just checking if this is legit. cheers.
