Nz post express van backed into the pole, heavily damaging his van (broke rh side taillight, damaged rhr quarter panel). Took paint off council owned pole. Driver got out, grabbed a piece of his taillight and left. Nz post express van PQK644. He hit it hard enough to shake the pole
