The reporter’s words
I don’t think the sediment protection for this sump was effective, it moved when the fence fell in a wind storm and I don’t think it was reinstalled correctly as the sump looks full of soil and debris. Not sure if it was placed as part of the OCHT development or Orions 66kV circuit.
