The reporter’s words
City care Water turned up at 7am on Labour Day to investigate a water leak. They made the attached damage when doing so, including chipping away at the asphalt and dumping soil on the plants. They have not been back to fix and now soil and plants dead and possible tripping hazard. Please get someone to fix.
