The reporter’s words

Wheelie bins constantly left out on the streets. This is an issues with large developments particularly in town (possibly some Air BnB that don’t have someone to bring them in). I have complained in pass with the council’s response/action of sending out letters in the mail - this has failed to work we need a real solution, I feel this problem is only going to get worse with the number of developments going up.
