The reporter’s words

In the forested area between dyers pass rd and victoria park rd, there is an area of ground where it is very muddy, and today, it is apparent water is flowing. It isnt a huge amount, rather a constant trickle or stream. As the area immediately either side of the approx 2-3 metre strip is bone dry, and the water is just below the water storage tank, it may warrant a check.
