Is the water tank at the Victoria Park dog walking area leaking? Seems to be a lot of water coming out from near the drain and running down the gutter and also under the road and coming back up near Harry Ell walkway. It’s been like this for a few months. Large amounts of water collecting on Dyer’s Pass Rd at the last turn out.
