This vehicle has been parked and not moved since November 16. It obstructs the traffic flow in the already narrow street creating a one way scenario for motorists. This van has been parked in the street since early September and has only moved 2 or 3 times, changing the parking place to the other side of the road when it is even more of a hazard to drivers.
