why should citizens have to report graffiti instead of the council just cleaning it up themselves? the graffiti pictured is only 5% of the vandalism on that street. clean this shit up, and take a good look around and get rid of anything else in the area. graffiti on every corner is deeply offensive to anyone with working eyes
