Unsafe Work Practices - Hagley Park The ped/cycle path through Hagley Park to Salisbury St has been left with upright metal spikes along a 50m length - just perfect for skewering anyone unfortunate enough to fall on one. Have been left after the fence panels for Coca Cola in the Park have been removed.
