I am concerned that teenagers on small electric motor bikes are tearing around the Burnside Bowling Club car park. The speed at which they are travelling is a danger to members as their visibility and speed makes them difficult to see when backing out of a legitimate park. How can an accident be avoided as when challenged they see it as their right to be there?
