Red car has been parking outside 11a College Road, Lyttelton 8082 Christchurch for several weeks facing downwards on a hill on the wrong side of the road for several weeks. It severely obstructs traffic and safe driving doing up and down a steep hill- with blind corners. - particularly where he is parked is also very blind.
