The reporter’s words

Shingle is constantly being strewn all over the road on the corner - creating a hazard to cars, cyclists and especially walkers. Can a barrier or a lip be created to stop the shingle being pushed onto the road - as this seems to be an ongoing occurrence with revellers at night. Alternatively can some street lights (flood lights) be installed to deter this and other non social behaviour that goes on here?
