Cars on Richmond Hill Road keep parking on the footpath so that pedestrians are forced to walk on the road to get past these vehicles. It appears that the council don’t want to take action as they feel it is not a footpath and would prefer to see pedestrians being put in this dangerous situation rather than stop cars parking on what is clearly a footpath.
