Street Gutters / Storm Water
Reported Friday, 19 December 2025 at 4:15 am, 2 Ensors Rd, Canterbury, Christchurch 8023, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
This long flood barrier was used weeks ago while repairing a fire hydrant. It was just left behind, forgotten and is now 20 metres further down the road blocking a drain. This is not the first time I’ve seen these items just left behind for no reason once work is completed.
