considerable build up of dog excrement in back yard of 12 Dawson st. excrement not removed by owners. just moved into garden to decompose. Strong offensive odour and large population of flies which invade surrounding properties - makes it unpleasant for neighbours to be in their gardens, or open windows and doors. health and safety factor due to large population of flies.
