The reporter’s words
This area of TeKahu Park is so overgrown that the flax is covering the footpath. Its so dangerous as it gets icy and both of my kids have skidded off their bikes/scooters due to slipping on this. Its also so high that it blocks the sun from helping defrost the ground. It's right opposite the school so we are not the only users. I do not want any more injuries for my children.
