Approximately 5.00am this morning 2 council trucks with orange flashing lights. woke our neighbours and my wife and I as three men were working on the fire hydrant in front of our home . Since then, the Hydrant has been leaking with a reasonable amount of water flowing from it. Can someone please advise our CCC and stop the leak
