Overgrown Vegetation
Reported Thursday, 1 January 2026 at 3:00 pm, 311 Armagh Street, Christchurch Central City, Christchurch 8011, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
Overgrown vegetation on a footpath was the closest category I could fimd for damaged grass berm. As the photos show, either the property manager or landlord of 311 Armagh St continues to poison the grass on the berm to avoid having to mow or maintain it. It is unsightly dead ground compared to all of the other berms in the neighbourhood. Can the Council prohibit spraying to kill the berm completely?
