Incorrect trees planted in incorrect spot(hard compacted ground) lack of adequate care post planting. Clear signs indicate hat ground crew have inadequate training to do the job effectively spraying planted trees and not spraying on time. A full review of planting selection and maintenance of planting should be undertaken.
