EXTREME NOISE ISSUE At 18 Acheson Avenue, Christchurch. Family CARBAJAL, 5 or 6 kids constantly all hours day and night screaming the place down, blood curdling screams like someone is being battered, it’s that loud and constant, they’re fighting, slamming & banging things kicking fences, blasting music, the parents go out most days or evenings leaving minors home alone. I live behind their house and I hear all the above inside our house with windows closed, it’s gone on for 5-6 + months.
