unleashed and uncontrolled dog. Didn't seem to have the slightest clue about the law or why I might be upset with her dog running across the road and approaching mine 20+m away without even attempting to call it back. she lives in a house close by to the corner on croziers. not sure if you can id and send a warning or fine. But if not, I'm going to start carrying home made mase or something and start blasting uncontrolled dogs like this who come at me
