The gravel has been worn away at the up river approach to the footbridge which makes it difficult to ride a bicycle up onto the bridge any more. Can this be backfilled or add another step on the ground. location access seems to be between Hot Spring Spas Clarance shop and Kovacs Design furniture on Ferry rd chch
