The reporter’s words
Fence has been down for many years. Has not been fixed. Sheep keep escaping on a weekly basis, sometimes several times and week and are a risk to cars and cyclists. They have also become a nuisance getting in residents gardens. The fence needs to be fixed. Walkers in the area use this route regularly so a style would be ideal. There are several holes in the fence along it. Holes are also underneath.
