The reporter’s words

Vacant property that was sold as recently as October 2025 and awaiting development. Is being utilised by vagrants which has increased significantly over the past week. Items are now being removed from the property by persons who are entering through unsecured windows. A makeshift campsite can be observed from the street within the top floor of the property. Has been reported to police via 105 but responsibility should be on property owner to secure it whilst vacant.
