our neighbors have rubbish piling up against there fence in the corner which is against ours on the other side the smell of the rubbish is absolutely disgusting and is attracting flies, we have also caught a rat which we have never had issues before it's also attracting seaguls which rummage through then drop rubbish on to our property they don't speak great English or pretend they don't, island culture i believe
