Looks like someone is camping in the bushes or just dumping their stuff there. Feel sorry for the poor people that live over the fence at 211 Condell ave. There’s boxes, a full rubbish bag, sleeping bags, sleeping mats, a child’s desk and chair, garden hose, a table, shop rubber matting??
