The reporter’s words
we came across a gentleman who had a lot of blood on his face. he had by the look of it tripped over the raised part on the side of the road. there are several such on this stretch of Mt Pleasant Rd to direct water away from homes. They don't have white stripes on them and are hard to see in the shade. my daughter also almost tripped over one a few metres down. just some white stripes over those raised strips is all that is needed
