The reporter’s words

While emptying the rubbish bin there was a big pool of water in front of it. To avoid filling my boots with water I had to tip toe in to the water to gain access to empty the bin. Im sure the freedom campers that use the carpark would have found it annoying having to wade in to the water to get rid of their rubbish.
