The reporter’s words
The gutters all along the riccarton avenue are clogged with leaves. They have not been cleared for many weeks. They are blocking the drains and are a fall hazard for people getting out of their cars. The section along side the hospital is very messy and clogged. Thanks very much Jan dobson
