Barking dog, all day, often all night. Neighbours are feed up, council was informed a while ago and nothing happened. Neighbours have to ask to clean the backyard dog poo, the poor dog is never out for walks and just barks. Talking to the owner and the landlord (who tried to help) is impossible as the tenant doesn’t do anything. We need to have this stopped. We need the councils help and that cannot be our responsibility to fill in bark-sheets. Knock on the surrounding doors and ask the people.
