Photo One. ; We have complained a number of times about the weeds growing on this excess shingle mound in this drain. Would someone at CCC please provide me the reason why we are not allowed a clean drain in front of our property. Photo Two; I have sent you copies of CCC drawings showing attractive grasses which the CCC planted,then sprayed with weed killer. Please look back on the history of our communications regarding this and get the replanting done properly.How often do we need to comp
