Park - General Request
Reported Thursday, 5 February 2026 at 8:44 pm, Harper Ave, Canterbury, Christchurch 8011, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
I’m not sure why but the one somewhat tolerated bike ‘jump’ that has been and is being continually dug out by children and teens with shovels has morphed into no less than 5 of them with tracks being developed (4 of them together where the pin is and one to the right of the through-path from Carlton Mill Road.) I understand the kids are entertaining themselves but at the cost of the lovely Little Hagley Park? I hate to think what it will look like / be like if more of them are built!
