The reporter’s words

Not sure who tried to fix this. But they replaced the planks instead of replacing the bolt and they just tied a piece of string to secure it instead of using a bolt. A child foot can still fall through the gap between the planks. Please fix with a bolt and sort the gap by moving the other bolt across as well. Thanks
