I am reporting this under the CCC Traffic and Parking Bylaw 2017 for Inconsiderate Parking. The vehicle is positioned in a way that unreasonably obstructs the use of the road by other drivers and wastes available parking infrastructure. This is a recurring issue at this location. Please dispatch a parking warden to assess the obstruction. Vehicle rego - HKS72
