The reporter’s words

footpath in terrible state end of Philpotts Rd. there isn't a footpath on the other side. we use this path everyday for biking or walking. A wheelchair bound girl is pushed along here everyday between 4-5pm. It's a health and safety hazard. grass hardly ever cut. huge pot halls and puddles of mud. Also note the low hanging branch out over the road.
