Can we please have the parking officers monitor the 1 hour and 2 hour parking on Eaton Place every work day Monday-Friday. These same cars park in the 2 hour carparks every morning early morning and leave them there until afternoon 5pm. We have zero lunch trade because of them and it is not acceptable
