gutters need fixing. for all the expenses of cycle ways this ilam rd guttering is atrocious. also the design of this outside a school entrance needs revision. the cycle way is continually parked IN. yellow lines parked on. this is a health and safety risk. I have entered this concern many times over the years. and still no change. made worse by Kirkwood ave being half closed to parking with us building. PLEASE MAKE CHANGES
