Overgrown Vegetation
Reported Sunday, 22 February 2026 at 10:18 am, 16 Kahu Rd, Canterbury, Christchurch 8041, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
Is it possible to have the gardens / shrubs / plants cut back to allow the full width of the shared cycle and pedestrian footpath to be used? I’ve witnessed few close calls now / near misses and worry someone will get hurt. I wasn’t sure if it’s Riccarton bush that needs contacted or CCC. It may not look as pretty to be cut right back but it would facilitate better use by both walkers, runners and cyclists. Thank you.
