The reporter’s words
I want to raise a safety concern with the new fence at the entrance of our right of way. When entering or exiting, the full height fence blocks visibility. I nearly had a collision with a cyclist today as neither of us could see each other. With kids using bikes and scooters, this creates a real safety risk. Could this section be changed to half height to maintain the boundary while improving visibility. The house is still under construction so this should be easy to address now.
