Unauthorised and Unnotified Path Closure “Path Closed” Signage for Electric Avenue has been placed on the shared path from Riccarton Avenue to Armagh Street, CONTRARY to the closure map posted around Hagley Park. Signage is partially BLOCKING the path (part of the OFFICIAL DETOUR ROUTING). Absence of cones and reflective back markings mean sign is also a hazard for cyclists/pedestrians approaching from the Harper Avenue detour route.
