The reporter’s words

Saw the owners of pictured vehicle move cones so they can park, then walk off towards town. This street is coned off due to Electric Avenue. I’d be positioning a parking enforcement officer along here, they’ll make a killing. Even better, just tow them. May the the only way these people ever learn
