The reporter’s words
Builder has taken down fence bordering the reserve and is using public land to store items during build at back of section. Would like to make sure they have permission and will be followed up on to make sure it is reinstated as it was. The gravel base laid has damaged established plants along the fence line and my biggest concern that this area is not remediate by the builder/owner when complete and it will be an eyesore in what was a lovely reserve before. Fence may be rebuilt but debris and gravel could be left on reserve side and ruin the aesthetics. Would end up being tidied up by ccc but as a bigger job would take a while to get back to how it was.
