Earth works have scrapped by the soil from under this Hagley Park tree canopy & the 2 concrete pads have been poured. This earthworks & concrete pad will negatively affect the health of this beautifully established tree. Also under the drip line of the tree. How could such invasive works get approval including the Resource Consent? Please investigate & get concrete pad removed before tree dies.
