There is a small water leak coming from the streets water pipe that feeds to the property's. We have had problems before from our Toby downwards, I also know there was a resent problem from the same feed outside 69 canterbury st. it's only small from the outside but the water under the road seal is eroding underneath and has caused the road to sink slightly away from the fence boundries so unsure how long this has been going on for
